Our experience with Lilli’s Lops was absolutely wonderful from the start! As brand new rabbit owners, the patience and willingness to answer our numerous questions and to guide us through the process of bringing home our sweet Huckleberry meant so much! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lilli’s Lops! They were so communicative, helpful, and flexible throughout the entire process, which made everything so easy and reassuring. Smokey, now Nuggey, has been such an amazing addition to our family. I drove all the way from Chicago to bring Nuggey home, and I would absolutely make the trip again. From the moment we brought him home, it was so obvious how much love, care, and socialization went into raising him. He is incredibly sweet, confident, and social. He loves to cuddle, gives tons of kisses, and genuinely just wants to be around us. He has adjusted so well to our home and gets along wonderfully with all of our other pets. His temperament is truly everything I could have hoped for in a bunny. I found Nuggey during an incredibly difficult time in my life after losing my first bun, Nimbus. I was grieving him so deeply, and having Nuggey come into my life has brought so much happiness and comfort back into our home. He has also helped me get to a place where I can remember Nimbus without it feeling quite as painful. That has meant more to me than I can explain.
